Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepares plans and documents for building construction;
- Coordinates with contractors to ensure that requirements and standards are met;
- Prepares tender documents and presentations;
- Checks, selects and specifies the nature and quality of materials required for approval;
- Estimates and budgets project costs;
- Responsible for the quality output monitoring of all building construction;
- Inspects and monitors the status or nature of every work assigned;
- Conducts site inspections to ensure quality work and immediately determine and recommend for execution of the corrective action on non-conformances;
- Inspects and evaluates the workmanship of each project under area of responsibility to ensure that the customer requirements are satisfied;
- Ensures accuracy of construction methodology;
- Resolves problems and issues that arise during construction and reports them to Immediate Superior;
- Coordinates with the Vice P for Operations and Construction head to the tasks at hand;
- Submits reports as required by the immediate head and/or by the top management;
- Performs other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): costs, estimates, budget control and accomplishment of building construction documents
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Engineering – Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
Job Description
The CLUBHOUSE/COFFEESHOP SUPERVISOR commits to undertake and perform the following tasks and services on a full-time basis with duty station at the VDM Clubhouse in Catigan, Toril, Davao City and shall bind herself/himself to conform with the office financial and administrative rules and regulations prescribed by ULDI. He/She shall directly report to the VDM – Marketing Admin Manager.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides general orientation to agents/guests, including employees whenever necessary, on the guidelines, rules, and regulations on pool and fitness gym usage and other related operational policies of the establishment and ensure that such are being strictly complied with, but without compromising customer satisfaction. An alternative employee who is fit to perform such function may, however, be designated during certain periods when the Manager is not available to undertake the task.
- Plans and finalizes the Menu in coordination with the Clubhouse Head Cook on special events. She shall also be responsible in the budget proposal and actual operation needs ensuring the success of the said special events.
- Arranges work schedule of all staff and crew permanently assigned at the Clubhouse (Coffeeshop, pool, and fitness gym) including their respective rest days.
- Ensures that the entire Clubhouse premises, especially the pool area, are well-manned and secured all the time to ensure the safety and comfort of the guests/customers and that the assigned staff/crew doesn’t leave his post/work area during the designated duty hours. Any inconsistencies or technical problems being observed thereat must be brought immediately to the attention of the Management, thru the VDM Site Project Engineer and VDM Marketing Admin Manager.
- Receives and responds to various inquiries (including complaints) of guests/customers and coordinate the same to the Management and prepares written reports whenever necessary.
- Provides general guidance/supervision to the Clubhouse personnel in the performance of their respective duties thereby enabling them to meet their individual work targets and enforces appropriate disciplinary measures, in close coordination with HR Department, to erring individuals.
- Ensures compliance of the establishment with the standards for customer relations, food costs, sanitation/cleanliness, safety especially of the pool area, and that guests/customers are always safe and more than satisfied with the services being provided thereat. All safety concerns, including cleaning and maintenance of the swimming pool, must however be coordinated/consulted regularly with the Health & Safety Team and/or VDM PE for proper guidance.
- Initiates meetings/discussion with the Management (VDM Site & Marketing Office) relative to the various concerns/needs of the establishment necessary in the business operation and undertake the corresponding action.
- Works together with the Marketing Events Coordinator, in the proper handling and conduct of various events at the resort.
- Accepts bookings and reservations for functions and events.
- Provides assistance to the Internal Auditor during the monthly inventory and facilitates the immediate submission of reports to the Head Office.
- Responsible in the submission of liquidation report especially during after the event to the VDM Mktg Admin Manager.
- Provides accurate and timely submission of replenishment report on Petty Cash Fund or Revolving Fund intended for the clubhouse.
- Submits other various reports as required by the Management.
- Performs other related tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
- Willing to be assigned in Toril (Villa de Mercedes)

- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
- Not necessary CPA

Duties and Responsibilities
- Documentation of procedures and processes (Corporate On-sit and Off-site, Departmental, and Project-base).
- Review and understand existing process flow and related information (methods and activities).
- Recommends how to develop systems and procedures with maximum efficiency.
- Develops management control systems for cost effectiveness analysis.
- Endorses quality control procedures to resolve/prevent operation concerns/problems/risks.
- Work with all departments to develop standards for systems designs.
- Performs other related functions as well as assignments for special projects that may be assigned, which may include those requiring his/her skills with reference to his/her other competencies besides business process analyst.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Showcase good analytical and evaluating skills, Good human relations
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
- Have experience in business process designs and facilitation
